Commercial EPC Retail Shops
The EPC Partnership specialises in the provision of commercial
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Display Energy
Certificates (DEC) via our team of accredited assessors covering all
types retail shops.
The Retail Shop EPC we provide is an official Government Certificate and is valid for 10 years. An EPC is now required by Law before a commercial retail property can be marketed Let or sold.
In order for us to produce the Commercial EPC certificate and recommendations report for your Pub we would require access to all areas of the retail shop and would need to carry out a site survey of the shop that on average takes between 3 hours.
A copy of the certificate and report when completed will be issued to yourselves and a copy will also be issued to your solicitor and agent as and when you require this. In addition we will also provide you with a unique reference number that will enable you to access a copy of the certificate and recommendations report online from an official government website for the life of the EPC.
As part of our service we also included a third report on yourretail shop, these reports can assist both the owner and prospective purchaser/tenant to understand the recommendations within the governments recommendations report.
